TRACER GAS FILLER

The tracer gas filler INFICON Sensistor ILS500 F is equipped with complete tooling and gas filling functions. The product can be connected with both hydrogen and helium leak detectors from INFICON.

The tracer gas filler INFICON Sensistor ILS500 F can also perform a complete leak testing process. Every steps from gas injection and evacuation to tooling connection and disconnection, gross leak test, vacuum decay test, pressure decay test, blockage test and recipe handling can be done precisely.

The instrument has the other high pressure version. It removes every steps of time-consuming manual tracer gas filling and improves the quality of the leak testing results.
