The XL3000FLEX leak detector was the first to detect leaks with gas formation (95% nitrogen and 5% hydrogen) as accurately as with helium. with the smallest detectable leak rate of 1 ∙ 10-7 mbar∙l/s for both gases.

XL3000flex using the High Flow of INFICON help device is active with save volume 3000 sccm. It is the highest current on-field air flow that can be tested. This is allow to move the start up on the sample try at speed of faster and range of Farther. So even the most inexperienced operators can achieve accurate results with the XL3000flex.

An additional advantage of testing high flow gas flows is that robotic leak detection/checking can be enabled.
