INFICON VACUUM SWITCH 

INFICON Vacuum Switch is created for accurate and reliable detecting pressure. These durable electronic switches are used in a variety of vacuum applications, including pressure interlock. The vacuum switch come in two varieties: absolute (references vacuum) and differential (references ambient).
