The XL3000FLEX leak detector was the first to detect leaks with gas formation (95% nitrogen and 5% hydrogen) as accurately as with helium. with the smallest detectable leak rate of 1 ∙ 10-7 mbar∙l/s for both gases.

XL3000flex using the High Flow of INFICON help device is active with save volume 3000 sccm. It is the highest current on-field air flow that can be tested.
